As registered Business Advisors with IBASA, we provide comprehensive business support services, including coaching and mentorships. Our track record includes running customized programs for various corporates. To evaluate SMEs applying to our program, we utilize a diagnostic assessment questionnaire designed to assess their financial knowledge and internal practices. This tool examines six key areas of management practice across multiple measures, assessing how SMEs monitor financial performance and strive for business control.
